Luxurious Villa, is located beside ANT2201, and is an outstanding 2-Bedroom Honeymoon Villa offering a breathtaking view of Dickenson Bay and the ocean. It has its own Garden and Patio on the east and has a huge Deck on which sits a large Spa, overlooking the ocean and the Bay. The Villa itself offers 2-Bedrooms Ensuite and in one Bedroom there are 2 Double Beds, and in the other Bedroom there is a Queen Size Bed. The Bedrooms are very private, and far apart from each other. This Villa is ideal for 2 couples.

Five minutes walk will bring you to one of the most celebrated beaches in the Caribbean, bustling with action and offering opportunities to go sailing, swimming, snorkeling, water skiing and other activities such as boat tours around the island. First class restaurants, 2 casinos, and other nightlife are just a stone’s throw away. The Capital City of St. John's is only 5-minutes away by car.

On the west side it has a large patio overlooking the Bay with a truly uplifting view of the ocean. On the patio there is a private large outdoor spa, which can accommodate 6-8 persons, and the Spa offers a view of the ocean and the Bay. This is a separate villa house with its own garden, and it has a patio on the garden side of the house.

The Villa is fully equipped and furnished with Cable or Satellite Television, VCR, and a Computer with Internet access is also available. All amenities are included, towels, cutlery, etc.

Upon your arrival we meet you at the airport, show you around, take you to the villa and offer you a welcome package. We can also rent a car for you at the airport at the lowest rate available in Antigua.

• When you arrive at the villa we read the electricity meter with you and the day before you leave we read it again and you pay for the exact amount of electricity you use in local currency.

• A 50% deposit is needed to secure a booking. A full refund will granted if cancellation is made and the villa is rented for the same time period.
