Our luxurious villa offers a commanding view of the Harbour and Dickenson Bay. It is set off the road, and is very private in that nothing is situated in front of the Villa, and it has an unrestricted view on all 3 sides. The whole Villa offers solitude.

The Villa has a paved driveway leading to a Carport and sits on about 1-acre of professionally landscaped property, with trees and flowers. It is fenced on all sides, and there is a gate where you enter into the Landscaped Courtyard, leading to a Patio with furniture where you can have breakfast.

The Villa has a Pool with ample Deck and patio furniture. Beside the Pool there is a Shower and a full Bath. A Gazebo is also near the Pool offering a fantastic view of the Bay.

The house itself has 3-Bedrooms, and a Large Study which can serve as an extra Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has an Ensuite, and its own Private Balcony with a view. The other 2 Bedrooms share a large bathroom.

The Villa has a large Living Room, a full Kitchen, and a separate Dining Area leading to a Deck. It also offers a Laundry Utility Room near the Kitchen, which opens onto a part of the Garden in front of the Pool, a Dryer and Deep Freeze, a Dining Room, a Dining Patio.

The Living Room opens into the Courtyard on one side, and on the other side it opens onto a large Balcony which offers privacy and a view of the mountains and Harbour.

This Villa is fully equipped and exquisitely furnished in addition to having Cable or Satellite Television, VCR, and a Computer with Internet Access. All amenities are included, towels, cutlery, etc.
