3 bedroom/2 ½ bath home fully furnished with oceanfront view, large oceanfront deck, private beach and cove, swimming pool, tennis court, propane barbecue grill, wet bar, bicycles, sea kayaks, and a 14' boat with a 15hp Mercury outboard motor.

1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 sleeper sofa.

Full gourmet kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, coffee maker, cappuccino machine, blender, dishes, cookware, utensils, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

Household: Satellite TV, VCR, movie videos, DVD player, stereo and CD player, telephone, modem jack, adult board games, linens/towels, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

Basic items include: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, and bar soap.

Private pilots may land at the private airstrip and park their plane in a FREE hanger.
