The cool relaxing island atmosphere of this delightful villa is enhanced by its tropical garden, lush with giant banana trees, flowering brush and hanging orchids enclosing a jacuzzi on deck with a large surrounding verandah creating an enchanting entertainment area with seating and outdoor dining facilities for those who wish to enjoy the spectacular Caribbean skies.

Our villa is a medium priced property with nearby beach facilities. Its close proximity to both Holetown and Speightstown, affords the added amenities of easy shopping and top class restaurants, making it an ideal location for that special villa holiday.

An outdoor luncheon, a relaxed dinner or even a sybaritic delight under the Caribbean stars are made all the more exciting using our covered dining facilities created with you, the discerning visitor, in mind. At night, lights placed strategically around the lush tropical gardens and those emanating from the mosaic hot & cold fresh water outdoor Jacuzzi and the newly created garden swimming pool, both complete with designer deckchairs, create an ambience of a magical tropical paradise. The entire property is enclosed, and boasts electrically operated gates inviting days and nights of total soothing secure leisure.

Lush coconut and banana trees complemented by an array of different species of island flora touch the outskirt of this neatly appointed enclosed garden. The ideal spot for that fresh morning breakfast or afternoon tea with sometimes sweet uninvited visitors such as the odd yellow breasted bird or even the curious Bajan Green Lizard to keep you company.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite work surfaces and is fully equipped with American style fridge-freezer with iced water and ice cube dispensers, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and microwave.

The large bedroom is exquisitely furnished with king size bed with furnishings carefully selected by the interior designer and benefits from a ceiling fan and a state of the art remote controlled air conditioning unit.

The elegantly furnished lounge cooled by the sea breeze benefits from a ceiling fan and additional interior dining. Additional sleeping accommodation is also offered by means of a sofa bed. The large dressing room can amply accommodate all luggage and personal belongings with the added benefit of a hotel-style digital safe.

In-House entertainment is provided by satellite television offering many channels including world news coverage, films and music. There is a CD player, so guests are encouraged to bring along music of their choice. The en-suite bathroom is the last word in luxury with granite fittings, a large corner bath and a separate walk-in shower to satisfy the most beach weary guest. The double vanity unit is surrounded by mirrors and theatre style lighting.

There are several first class golf courses in near proximity of the Villa including Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane. Shoes and clubs can be easily rented from either golf courses and golf carts are usually included in the green fee. Whatever your handicap, Barbados' golf courses can become your golfing dream!

• All bedrooms are equipped with both air conditioning and overhead fans for your personal comfort. The king size beds have large overhanging mosquito nets. Each bed has snug large pillows along with two individual duvets, sheets and a day cover. Additional pillows are available if necessary.
• All linen, bath towels and beach towels are supplied. Laundry is taken care of by our Maid
• There are hair dryers installed in each bathroom for your personal use.
• The electrical current available is 220/110 volts.
• All living and dining areas are equipped with air conditioning.
• A stereo system is located in the living room for your listening pleasure. Guests have the choice of CD, cassette or radio and music can be listened to either inside the Villa or on the outside deck. A selection of soothing music is available for the Guests to choose from.
• There is satellite television with access to several channels worldwide and a DVD system for those movie nights. Surround sound is possible through the stereo system.
• We have a small board game collection for those family game nights.
• We provide booklets filled with information, compiled by an international author and Caribbean Specialist. We have brochures to guide you through your vacation experience.
• The Villa has its own private telephone line which accesses local calls gratis. Overseas calls and fax facilities are to the account of our Guests. Internet facilities can be arranged.
• Guest's Kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with freezer, stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, blender, microwave, crockery, cutlery and all utensils for any vacation in mind.
• The staff quarters to the back of the Villa includes a separate kitchen and is away from eye shot of Guest. It is fully equipped to prepare your Caribbean meals.
• The water from the taps is safe and drinkable. Extra water filters have been installed for your own personal assurance.
• Beautiful flower arrangements are placed throughout the entire Villa and replaced as necessary.
• Our Jacuzzi on the outside deck and garden swimming pool can be utilized both day and night. The Jacuzzi carries fresh water, hot and cold, and health levels are maintained twice weekly in both facilities.
• There is a security safe for valuables.
• We welcome handicapped persons or persons who require special needs. The entire Villa is on one level and there are no high steps that could cause difficulties.
• The entire property is secured with strategically placed lighting and is completely enclosed with large electrically operated wooden gates. These are opened with your personal mobile handset. There is also a front door intercom installed for your private use.
• Beach facilities are 500 yards from the Villa with easy access. Next to the Blue Reef Dive Shop we provide you with eight of our own personal beach chairs along with large beach umbrellas stored in our very own beach box. This can be used for securing all personal valuables while enjoying the freedom of the beach and the water.
• Doctors and health care are available in Holetown, St. James. Any assistance in this respect can be given to you our Guests by our Managerial staff. There is also a 24 hour emergency clinic near Bridgetown equipped by doctors and fully trained nursing staff.
• Telephone, Fax Machine, Stereo System, Satellite Dish and DVD player are included. Internet access can be easily arranged

Our "Laps of Luxury Package"

• When choosing our "Laps of Luxury Package" better known as our all inclusive rate our trained Cook, Maid/Launderess and Gardener/Nightwatchman and myself as the Villa Manager will be there for your every need. Our Maid/Laundress will attend to your personal laundry and any dry cleaning will be organized by request. Our cook will tantalize your taste buds with Barbadian delights or as you wish international cuisine! Before your arrival you can choose your food menu for your stay and groceries will be arranged and the bill settled on arrival.
• Transport to and from the airport is included. I will be at the airport to meet and greet you, escort you to the West Coast as well as introduce you to our staff and the Villa amenities.
• As you arrive a wonderful Champagne welcome awaits you with cold towels for your soothing pleasure! Lovely tropical fresh flower arrangements are placed throughout the Villa and replaced as necessary and Beach Chairs are set up on the beach daily or whenever required for your personal use.
• We will arrange a fun and exciting island tour with picnic baskets prepared by our cook. You will enjoy stops at the Animal Flower Cave at North Point, St. Nicholas Abbey plantation enclosed by old Mahogany Trees, lunch on Cattlewash Beach, watch the surfers at the famous Soup Bowl on the East Coast, walk through one of our oldest churches, St. John's Church and enjoy Afternoon Tea on Crane Beach. You will see every inch and have a lovely insight into our island, Barbados!
• We would be happy to arrange all your car rentals, water sports, cocktail cruises, yachting or fishing expeditions, island tours or speciality tours.

Our "Basic Vacation Package"

• Our "Basic Vacation Package" known as our non-inclusive rate includes our maid as well as gardener who will be at the Villa three times weekly. Airport Transfers are not included in this package neither my personal attention nor the service of my night-watchman or cook.
• Flower arrangements will be placed in the Villa for your arrival only.
• The Champagne and cold towel welcome is not included.
• I will greet you at the Villa introduce you to our Maid and Gardener, give you a little tour and hand you your personal keys. From then on, you have total control of your own comfort. Your holiday belongs to you and just you.
• Of course you do have the option to try our 'Laps of Luxury Package' for a one day trial and if you like it you can easily switch over! Just see our Rates and Conditions for more details or contact us for any queries you may have!

When you book our villa any special needs such as a private Chef for that fanciful dining experience, in-house beauty treatments such as hairdresser or massage, extra maid service, baby equipment rentals, babysitting, special medical requirements just to name a few, can all be organized.
