Located in an exclusive beachfront area of Sunset Captiva, very tropical and quiet, it accommodates 6 very comfortably and is just steps to Captiva's white sandy beach! It is in the desirable village area with all the lovely shops and restaurants.

With access to two tennis courts, a heated swimming pool, breathtaking sunsets and wonderful shelling you have located the ideal spot for your family's dream vacation!

A spacious accommodation, this villa is our personal home and is one of the most popular vacation rental homes on Captiva Island. We continue to update the furnishings to insure your stay is comfortable.

This vacation home features a living room with cathedral ceiling, a screened lanai, and second floor sun deck. Tastefully decorated in fun primary colors with a tropical flair; offset by the crème colored ceramic tiles and wall to wall carpeting, this home offers every convenience you would expect of an exclusive beach resort including cable TV/VCR, washer, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, and ceiling fans.

Our comfortable screened lanai (decorated with wicker furniture and tropical colored cushions) is connected to both the kitchen and dining area.

It is a great place for a romantic dinner or to begin your day while taking in the colorful and lush tropical plants including flowering Hibiscus, Bougainvillea, Calypso Oleander, and Crotons that surround the property.

The master bedroom is on the second floor and offers a king size bed, cable remote TV and VCR and a master bath. French doors lead to the cozy private sun deck~ also a wonderful place to enjoy the stars in the magical night sky.
The first floor has one bedroom with two twin beds.
Finally, an oversized loft space (second floor) with two twin beds and access to the sun deck make this home an ideal "home away from home" for a family as large as six. You have found the perfect vacation spot!

• $500.00 deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. A $300 Security Deposit is required ($500 for 2 weeks), which is refundable after inspection after departure. (A larger deposit may be required for longer stays.)
• If the Client does not pay the balance of the holiday at the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event or if the client cancels after the booking is accepted the deposit will be forfeit. Cancellation charges: More than 30 days before arrival: deposit only / 30 days or less: Full amount
