Esprit is a gated community at the junction of highways 192 and 27 south and is just 10 minutes drive west of Disney ( or even less using a shortcut). The estate has a friendly and reasonably priced par 54 golf course running through it and many of the properties back onto this. The estate is centred around 600 acre Lake Davenport and there is free access to the lake and its boatramp and fishing boardwalk. There is also a residents complex comprising a large communal pool and cabana, tennis courts and basketball courts. A small commercial plaza is located at the gates comprising a gas station, bank, Subway, convenience store and gift shop.

We have three luxury 4 bed 2.5 bath two storey villas with private pools on Esprit, which is a quiet gated estate situated on Lake Davenport only minutes from Disney and the other attractions of Kissimmee. The estate has a golf course running through it and all villas have uninterrupted golf course views from their pool areas. The golf course is public and you can get a round of golf including cart and club hire (if required) at a very low price. Other facilities of Esprit include a large communal pool and cabana, which can be used in addition to the villas own private pools, and tennis and basketball courts. There is a Subway, mini-mart, gas station and bank at the estate gates and a Publix supermarket is around two minutes away
