All bedrooms tastefully furnished with island design furniture and accessories. All have dressers and plenty of closet space. Rooms are all individually air-conditioned with ceiling fans for additional comfort. Linens, blankets, pillows are provided. Master bedroom has sliding glass doors to patio, pool and the waterfront. Bathrooms are large and fully equipped. Bath and pool towels are provided.

Jacuzzi tub in master bath: Very large master bath with linen closet and multi-jet Jacuzzi bath. Washer and dryer included in the master bath suite for your convenience.

Swimming pool: Beautiful, large, sparkling, professionally maintained, completely relined and upgraded in-ground pool with night lighting. Watch the beautiful tropical sunsets over the bay from the pool side. Patio furniture and gas grill provided for pool side entertaining.

Small sandy beach overlooking the bay. Sun bathe on your own private, cozy little sand beach adjacent to the dock. Don't forget the sun tan lotion, and don't get sand in the pool !

Seawall with dock: Convenient and safe seawall with concrete dock for waterside entertaining and swimming. Canoe or snorkel off the dock to explore the multitude of tropical sea vegetation, coral and marine life in the shallow, clear bay off your back yard.

Breathtaking open water view with tropical sunsets. Experience the fabulous Key West sunsets from your own waterfront swing seat. Romantic and cozy little hideaway spot on the waterfront adjacent to the dock with swing seats waiting for you. Don't forget the margarita with extra lime and hold the salt !!

Public tennis courts nearby. Feeling guilty about the sunset margaritas the night before? The delicious Florida crab BBQ on the dock by the water? The extra slice (or two) of the key lime pie? Well, get your rackets and walk over to the tennis courts to work off some of the calories. Then reward yourself with a dip in your own pool !

Nearby attractions: Downtown Key West with all of it's fabled entertainment spots, restaurants, clubs, shops, art galleries, theater and unique life style is only 12 miles from your tropical hideaway. For an alternative Key West sunset "experience" strap on your sandals, grab your photo machine and head to Mallory Square. Enjoy the varied and sometimes surprisingly talented street entertainers, funky arts and crafts, and above all the people in attendance. See if you can tell the tourists apart from the entertainment !!!

Twenty miles to the North is one of America's most treasured ocean front state parks. Bahia Honda State Park boasts one of the top ten beaches in North America. You can hike, bike or roller blade throughout the park enjoying the protected native tropical plants and vegetation by the ocean. Scuba diving, snorkeling and sailing services are available also. Leaving the park and on the way to returning to your tropical hideaway, you can stop by the Key Deer Habitat; the only protected habitat of it's kind in North America. Watch the speed limit !
